GLASSBORO, NJ—Police in Glassboro, New Jersey, are seeking public assistance to identify two individuals responsible for assaulting an officer during a massive late-night brawl that erupted inside a local Domino's Pizza.
The chaotic incident took place shortly before 3 a.m. on Saturday, November 1, when officers from the Glassboro Police Department responded to reports of a large fight at the pizza restaurant. Surveillance footage from inside the establishment captured the pandemonium, showing patrons standing on tables and chairs, and others recording the escalating tensions on their phones.
As officers worked to de-escalate the situation and make multiple arrests, two male suspects—one wearing a gray jacket and the other a light blue sweatshirt—allegedly picked up a red chair and hurled it at a responding officer, striking him in the back of the head.
According to the Glassboro Police Department, the two suspects reportedly appeared "extremely hysterical" as they fled the chaotic scene.
Authorities have released still images of the suspects and are urging anyone with information to contact the police department. The investigation into the violent assault is ongoing.
